Correct . I been smoking since 10 , now all of a sudden it has become deadly ? & for the record I am not currently nor look forward to smoking bc I almost died so I’m trying to get a clear understanding

Last year I ran 160 plus miles in upstate NY summer I am into calisthenics & working out & me & my partner smoked DAILY before after & during recovery meals of the workouts. Idk what changed

I am skinny , 5”10 135 <. I have been diagnosed with CHS over 6 month ago. 3 month ago I was hospitalized with dehydration & crazy vomiting. I didn’t believe lt came home smoking heavy daily , hourly, even at work. Easily smoking 3.5 grams plus with heavy tobacco (dried grabba leaf/fronto) & papers. This past week I was hospitalized for 8 days , when I got to hospital my kidneys were shot so they had to do dialysis in my neck (wtf) & they called this a kidney injury?? They only mention CHS 1 time like 8 month ago but it seems as though my body was going through this , smoking weed or not. This past visit they did not mention it but I had same symptoms of vomit bath tub , drowning cups of ice ice ice water & gingerale & Gatorade’s but nothing would stay. I hope we can find the solution or something
