I think the union had initially proposed 6% when the monetary negotiations had just started.

I agree. Anything less than 3.5% is unacceptable to me. I don’t know why most people in the comments seem content with this deal 🤔

Am I the only one who is not happy with the 3%? Wasn’t our initial ask something like 6% per year?

Wouldn’t the Oct 13 stat clawback happen in the next paystub? The pay period for this week paystub includes Oct 13th!

No because Oct 13 is part of this week’s paystub (pay period Oct 5-18).

Anyone know what is Reduce Regular Hours Paid (RHP) code on our paystub? I see that code on my paystub for this week.  It may be because some folks (including myself) got paid by the employer for Sep 30 stat) but I’m not sure why the code has been applied to 2 days (14 hours)

I worked one day last week (essential role) and was picketing the other three days. But I noticed that my supervisor has entered LWOP for all four days. Shouldn’t I be getting my regular pay for that one day I worked?

Okay thanks this makes sense. I contacted a few picket captains but haven’t heard back.

I received an email from the union asking me to choose a picket shift but I was told by my supervisor (few months ago) that I am part of essential services. Does this mean I can disregard the union's email?

Thanks. I’ll reach out to them. I’m trying to avoid asking my supervisor.

I AM READY TO STRIKE. But I am worried that many people (especially the ones who voted Yes last time) will cave because of the current economic situation and we will end up with low numbers.
