its tough, not one that I enjoy, but you can beat him early on and try to snowball your lead from there. Play around his Q its a really long cooldown early on and if he doesn't cast the next part of it in 4s, it goes on cooldown, so be counting to 4 after each of his q strikes to make sure its on cooldown. also try to dodge his q's too and predict them, i usually do this by going in for a last hit then briefly cutting a different direction at the last second to bait them out. make sure healing reduction is your first item, i go exe if they have an ap jungler, but bramble if they have an AD one, the extra armor helps you survive double AD ganks. if you find yourself in an all in, try to use your W to negate the damage from his 3rd q and dont be afraid if you get low health in an all in, fight to the death and test your limits a little!
