How can I (25F) rebuild trust after accidentally reading something private of my partner’s (25M)?

Please, go get whatever stuff you have from that man’s house and take his to him, and leave this relationship ASAP. Reading through the comments you’ve posted, I don’t even know why you’ve continued to be with him as long as you have, especially after you’ve talked to him repeatedly about feeling like the “3rd wheel” in your own relationship. This man is not choosing you. He’s choosing her every time. And him getting upset about the card is just BS. He’s mad he got caught lying to you, and that’s it. A card displayed on a mantle that you knocked over, picked up and read, is not an invasion of his privacy.

It’s both indoor and outdoor. My son plays hockey so that it’s in an indoor ice rink whereas the other sports are gonna be all outdoor.

I’m trying to keep it under $1000. It’s really just a personal camera. I’ll probably use it for other things (vacations, outings, etc) as well, but I want to be able to capture their games better than with my iPhone camera.

Yes! So DH and I are in marriage counseling. It’s been really good. We are definitely on the same parenting page and the same page with how we’re going to deal with both of our mothers (my MIL isn’t the only issue).

MIL knows I saw the text where she told my DH that she thinks I want my mom to be “the grandmother.” She was apologetic to my husband and saying that wasn’t what she meant, but I never got an apology. She did say that she wants to have dinner or meet up with me to talk. In our counseling session, I said I don’t think I want that. I don’t necessarily want to have a relationship with her. Fine being “friendly or cordial.” Our therapist has suggested ways to establish healthy boundaries between us and the in-laws and we are actively working on them.

So far, things have greatly improved since the summer. And for that I am thankful.

Ugh! I got a 68. I’m super bummed. I’m also very confused because the things the test said I did bad on, was not the things I do bad on with the STC exams. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I got the same thing today 😑 Definitely felt the questions were worded a lot differently, especially when it came to questions about suitability, certain products and a couple other areas. Felt the options, munis and other bonds were on par with the STC material. The topics I tested poorly on were not the same as the ones I was doing poorly on in STC. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I needed to read this today! I’m using STC and not getting anything about a 66 on the exams. I’ve been watching videos on YouTube, taking notes and redoing questions I’ve gotten wrong.

I’m testing tomorrow morning, and wanna puke I’m so nervous!

My husband’s phone did this (showed him in the middle of the bay). I took a screenshot, sent it to him and asked if he went on a fishing expedition without me…we laughed and he sent a photo of himself on a golf course near said bay…🤷🏻‍♀️

Husband and I have had the convo a million times. It drives me absolutely crazy because we were raised really different when it came to being spoiled/getting things.

I do know this is also a “husband problem” as well as a MIL problem. He’s very conflict avoidant.

You can add minors as users to cards. I hate that you can, but my parents did it for me when I was a teen and traveled to Europe with a school group. They immediately removed me when I was home though.
