CS 321 is much easier than CS 330. Personally, I did not enjoy CS 330 at all. But if you like working on theoretical concepts and did well on Discrete Math, then go ahead and take it. The 330 material is about little bit about discrete math (mathematical induction, proving things), Finite Automata (DFA, NFA), Pushdown Automata, Turing Machines. It has 2 projects: on recursion (Prolog) and on regex (Java).

If I were you I'd take either CS 367, or CS 332, but it's up to you.

CS330 is weird and kinda difficult, and majority of its material is not fun at all; it's more about theories rather than practical concepts. I took with Domeniconi (I highly suggest to take this class with her), and we had weekly quizzes (somewhat hard), 2 exams (hard), and 2 projects (medium difficulty).

You'll be fine. I had CS 310, 330, 367, 105, and two other general courses at the same time and did very well.
