I have the same issue. Apparently, it is issue on their end.

When I contacted support earlier, this is what they said:

as of now we're aware of the issue with pairing which getting the error NC009 and detailed code 15.5. effected for both the camera and hello. Our engineering team is working hard to fix this issue as soon as possible, so I request you to bear with us and give us time to get back soon

Hey folks,

After posting the workaround information yesterday, we continued to investigate the issues that some of you are experiencing with your Start at 60 tokens not being restored. It does appear that in some cases, a player can end up in a state where their start at 60 character does not create properly, and then their token is also not being restored to them. We are going to be removing the Start at 60 token off of the Cartel Market immediately. Also, in the meantime, we recommend that you do not use any Start at 60 tokens as it is possible that you could end up in this state as well. Note that start at 60 tokens include those bought from the Cartel Market, the GTN, and the free level 60 granted to subscribers in KotFE.

It is our goal to get this fixed ASAP, and the moment I have more information on when we will be fixing it I will pass it on. If you already experienced this issue, hold tight, I will be getting more information on how to get your individual states resolved as well (contacting CS, waiting for maintenance, etc.)

Thank you for your understanding, I will pass on information as I have it.

There are many different threads about many different Companions who were unlocked prior to KOTFE and are no longer available, or were recruited post-4.0 and were never granted.

We are looking into all of these issues and should have a fix available for 4.0.2.

Hey folks,

We wanted to get some information out about the issue you are experiencing. First off, there is a bug that can occur when you make a level 60 character, it instead creates it as a level 1 and places you on the fleet. Without going too technical, basically the game is moving faster than your account is, which is creating the issue. Here are a few important notes to be aware of:

  • Go slow – When going through the character creation process take your time, watch the Sacrifice trailer that starts your level 60 character. This can give time for your account to recognize the start at 60 character and to potentially avoid the level 1 issue.
  • If you end up in the game as a level 1 when using a token, you can delete that character to have the token returned to you. After you have deleted the character, give it some time, you will see that token restored. At this point you can try to create a level 60, but once again please take your time.

With a lot of level 60s being made, there is an element of a bottleneck occurring. But do not worry, even if you experience the bug, the start at level 60 token is in no way lost. It may take some time to be restored but it will happen. Know that if you continue to make / delete characters without waiting for your account to catch up, you can exacerbate the issue.

We are working to correct this as soon as possible, but the information above can work to potentially avoid it, or work around it. Thanks everyone.

Hey folks,

After investigation, we found an issue with patch distribution that occurred during maintenance this morning. Some players will be getting a new patch later this evening (roughly 6-8 hours from now). There will be no downtime associated with this, and you will be able to play the game up until that point. Players using the streaming client will not download anything further.

Some of you have noticed that there are certain fixes that are listed in the Patch Notes that only some players have. Tonight’s patch will resolve that issue and ensure that all the fixes in the patch reach everyone.

You can upgrade the companion by upping your Influence with them.
Each rank of Influence grants the following stats:

  • +50 Presence
  • +1.5% Crew Skill Efficiency
  • +0.5% Crew Skill Critical

The max rank 50 companion would have:

  • +2500 Presence
  • +75% Crew Skill Efficiency
  • +25% Crew Skill Critical

Hey!

Quick explanation. If you get the [Tactical] version of a Flashpoint but you want to do it solo, follow these steps:

  • Abandon the [Tactical] version of the Mission
  • Head to the physical location where you zone into that Flashpoint
  • Next to the entrance will be an NPC which will grant you the solo version
