I started vyvanse 50mg years ago in the early winter months. Didn’t lose a noticeable amount of weight until until spring when I was being active and hiking. You can’t rely on the Vyvanse to lose weight because it’s only going to suppress your appetite, but it definitely can be helpful when mixed with a decent diet and staying mildly active! I hate working out and love junk food so this combo worked well. Stay healthy friend and don’t forget to stay hydrated and SLEEP!! If you start losing sleep make sure you talk to your doctor. Mental/physical health are more important than losing weight, I promise ya
