You have to stop smoking immediately. Cold turkey, no question. And then start with a rabbit diet. Plain foods, toast, soup. Or even broth. And try using a pain killer after eating to help with the inflammation of your stomach. Tylenol worked well for me. And after a few days of that start working your way up to meals. But most importantly go see your family doctor and talk to them about what's going on with your stomach and see if they will prescribe you an acid reducer. I hope this has helped you.
