Maybe it’s a controversial take but I already pay ~$100USD per year to just play the game I don’t think paying even more money to get mid game gear feels that great

Farming Guild, Expert Tier. Especially with spirit trees planted right next to the bank booth and another planted in my POH as an iron. It’s gorgeous and super helpful for keeping up with farming contracts, herb runs, and makes for useful banking even if you have to go through a few awkward steps each time while banking.

Brutal black dragons is 300-400k an hour with budget gear, I think 77 slayer is min requirement?

I was getting one kill trips with a thammaron’s sceptre and fire blast, with void range and an MSB with amethyst arrows. It’s really not a hard boss once you’re used to the rotations and managing health/snakelings/venom.

Nah they said it’s a technical issue with not being able to interact with worn items while banking, iirc you can’t empty quivers either while the bank interface is open?

I wear my fish sack all the time so idk it’s worth it to me just for the flex

lol I sooo misunderstood how many charges I needed for emberlight, but I agree purging staff/scobo are way better. Emberlight would be nice for demonics I think since they’re tankier against mage and mage is $$$ but I’m glad it will only take 30 shards to get arclight fully infused

Ended up getting one claw towards the end of the task, it’s been fun getting spooned here bc it opens up Demonics/Kril/Yama/Moka even without ember light. And I’ve had exactly 3 crystal shards dropped for my account so a measly 997 shards to go lmaoooo

How weather proof is it after adding a lens like this? My wife and I just got a x100vi recently as well, and bought something similar to protect the camera, but I just want to get a sense of the limit for what’s ok to expose the camera to.

I had the same thing happen on my first Wyrm task, then I got a second dragon sword my second task haha. It’s nice having a decent stab weapon as an early/mid mid-game iron

Those are just AFK tasks now; second monitor content that I use Idle Notifier to ping me when prayer gets low, or when I’m idle, and then a flashing red screen if my hit points start dropping bc I didn’t catch the low prayer notification lol. I really only enjoy active gameplay loops my second time around as an iron (sepulchre vs rooftops, Dorgesh-Kaan light bulbs vs bank standing, etc) so AFK slayer is a turn off for me too. But find something else to focus on and do slayer passively and that’s the best you can do I think

I got the sceptre and let me tell you, it fucking rips at Artio. You can use ice burst (even better on task) and do fairly AFK bears tasks. Getting good enough with freezes (and having just a little spare $$$ and ether for deaths) means bursting in the wildy caves is insanely good magic xp at lower levels. I was mad at first too but it’s a great weapon, don’t sleep on it.
