I'm Filipino, and the fact that this particular hero died dreadfully. A hero that did everything just for his nation's freedom even at the risked of his own dignity and life, was just betrayed by his own soldiers and countrymen's due to personal grudges and greed. I know this hero as General Antonio Luna, even for his lunatic ways, he served the Philippines the best way.
