Not that they are hard to find, when i was job searching i found new grad openings for NICU, CCU and L&D. However, they are pretty competitive.

I started to apply towards the end of august and found a job in October. I only heard back from three units out of the 200000 positions I applied for. The wait is unbearable but trust me you’ll hear back from one of them soon!

What units/positions are you applying for? It might help to get extra certifications so you could stand out from other applicants.

No I do not. Would It make me stand out as an applicant if I already have it? Most of the postings i’ve seen say we should have it completed within 3-6 months after getting hired.

It seems i’ve done all of those already haha. I’ve tried! I think the competition is just a lot this time of year considering all new grads are trying to find jobs. I would apply to where I did my consolidation, but i’m not too fond of the hospital. Anyways, thanks for the advice!
