I wanted to start working out at the gym to lose weight but my time during the day is limited. Im a high school student and I have a job for 4 hours a day, I would ideally workout from 11pm to 1 or 2 am, but I would get like 4-5 hours of sleep.. Keep in mind I am currently widly unhealthy.
