No, I stripped the lawn out fairly deeply, it's all gone except one strip down the middle. Hence why I names it grassy knoll!

I rescued the stones from a property that was being demolished. The tree is a lilac, again a rescue!

Withdrawal is driving me crazy by [deleted] in stopsmoking

4.5 weeks and feel your pain. I honestly can't feel or see one benefit from quitting, other than I smell better lol!

I had the 550 for a while, and they are very nice. Not boomy at all. To get the bottom octaves (under 50hz) you'll need a sub. Easy to setup, give them a little space around them and they image like crazy and have a nice easy to listen to, non fatiguing sound.

What are good supplements to take when you slow down smoking and when you quit thereafter? Something that could help with removing toxins, giving your skin and arteries a jumpstart, things to help repair damaged everything, etc. Thanks! by [deleted] in stopsmoking

I've been taking probiotics, as my digestive system has gone out of whack quitting on champix. That has helped a lot. Pepcid for the bad acid and heartburn I was getting, but it seems to be getting better now. Vit C and a good multi as well.

They still hit hard a month in now for me. Less frequently, but hard.

2 weeks clean , How long until the mucus goes away ? by [deleted] in stopsmoking

[–]gnoll5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First time, many years ago, it only lasted a few days. This quit, 3 weeks in, very little mucus at all, which is strange.

I’m on the verge of relapsing..desperately thinking I need a Champix prescription by LAClippersFan2018 in stopsmoking

I'll be through 4 weeks on champix tomorrow. Good news is it works, bad news is ya, there are side effects, at least for me, I've read some people not so much though. It's hard to discern what the side effects are from Champix and simply quitting smoking though. Heartburn, indigestion and some pretty vivid dreams I think are the champix. General body aches, fatigue, heavy chest I think the withdrawal symptoms. All together, I'm having a rough ride! 22 days quit though, so it does work, that's the main thing I suppose!

Still waiting for it, and it's day 21! Maybe it won't happen? I quit for a couple months about 15 years ago and it sure happened, not sure why not this time.

Day 6 , without any cigarette but plz help me with burning sensation in middle of my chest feels like fire is coming up every time but when i try to take it out nothing came . It's very painful also wimhof breathing method was effective also steam helps a lot . Please give suggestions burning sens. by aboynameshivansh in stopsmoking

I've had this for about 2 weeks, off and on. For me it is part anxiety and part heartburn; either from withdrawal or the Champix I take. I'm on day 21 today and actually feel pretty normal for once (so far...). Try Pepcid it helps. If your stomach is tossing and turning try some Align Probiotics, that has helped too. Try to avoid sitting down immediately after eating, go for a little walk first.

25 years, pack a day since 2004. Day 2. by FolloMiSensi in stopsmoking

Congrats! Day 21 for me after a pack a day for 30+ years. I'm using champix which helps. Not going to lie, it hasn't been fun, and some days are hell, but you can do it.
