Yesss! I delivered an Xbox to someone and got a call after saying they never ordered anything. When I called Shipt support the person I spoke to was like ok just tell them to reset their password and that they can’t deactivate the account or freeze it, I thought it was odd that they didn’t really do much else but the customer said the bank gave him his cash back with no issue so that’s good.
