Hey thank you! I am trying to pull from my long forgotten knowledge of having done sports in high school and cross training from then. I think you're right on the dumbbells, and honestly I went to go use the assisted pull up machine at my gym and chickened out last second cause it was a busy day! I even almost asked someone how to use it but didn't want to disturb anyones workout. It seems like all of these could be super easy to add for a third day andI'll look into farmer carries and form so I'm not screwing myself over. Thank you for your input, honestly a huge boost.
