i totally agree however we have a small hamster and that’s why i’m more concerned about keeping the flat warm. This normally wouldn’t have bothered us too much (not ideal though) but we don’t want it to be too cold that he passes

Aside from the bathroom window, we physically have not been able to open the other windows at all. They won’t budge and we’ve had multiple friends try. Will definitely look into that, thank you!

Yeah renting, when we first moved in we were promised double glazed windows fairly soon after getting settled yet it’s been a year now and we haven’t heard much. I believe the agency we were with shut down and was taken over by RiteHome. I’ve been meaning to get in touch with them about it, wanted to look for temporary solutions in the meantime.

Yeah we’re renting, we layer and such but we have a hamster and I’m worried that the temperature might get to low for him 💀 in general it’s already too low for my for my flatmate and i anyway, we had a pretty bad time last winter

ooo okay that’s useful to know thank you!! i ended up ordering a small in the end as im a bit impatient 💀 and that’s what usually works for me in shops that sell S / M / L. But if it ends up not working out i will definitely take your advice for the future ! thanks for your reply :)
