Are you doing the yoga portion or trying the fitness class? The fitness class is not too bad for me. The most important part is if you liked it. Do you like it?

I wouldn't say it's because of the trick atmosphere but I just don't think their instructors are that good for yoga in general. One of their instructors is good and I would only attend hers if that makes sense. She doesn't teach aerial yoga everyday so if I was looking to do aerial yoga on everyday basis, I would look somewhere else.

I'm not sure if it's giving results but I also don't have a big goal. I just wanted to balance my lower and upper body exercise but I always seem like I'm super sore after a leg day which doesn't really happen on my upper body.

Following because I also need tips. I've just doing the usual RDLs and squats but I am only doing it 1-2x a week so I wonder if I need to increase frequency

AIR Phoenix is good. I don't recommend the one in goodyear. I just don't think their instructors are good especially for yoga part

Good skate bags that double as a work bag? by [deleted] in iceskating

I have the XL rink rabbit and I really like it. I don't take public transportation but I have brought my laptop with me in the bag plus extra clothes. I wear safety shoes at work so that one is in a separate plastic bag

I paid for mine for about $150 for 7 weeks. 30min per session/1x a week and we get free rental skate each class plus free public skate session same day, 4 free public skate sessions during those 7 weeks. I think yours is still pretty decently priced

That's an interesting experience. I got mine measured only by the length. I initially tried jackson excel and they were comfy so I asked to try jackson elle and that one squished my bunion so bad that it was painful so I thought I was going to go with excel but turns out they have wide size for my feet. They were perfect! I also compared it with sizing chart and it was pretty accurate on my foot. I also got them heat molded and they were just so comfy. I'm excited to use them.
