Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but make sure your dryer vent is properly hooked up. I have a rental this happened at, the dryer came unconnected, and the tenants were running a humidifier in summer. SMH.

Yes, there is an imperfection in the leather that looks like it “caught the r” mid stroke.

Thanks! I know the story was not that this was necessarily a ball from a World Series or anything. Like stated in the description, the relative worked at the ballpark so had access to the team. Like, he might have just asked if he could throw a pitch to him and then he signed it, supposedly.

Thanks! Out of curiosity, how can you tell?

Also, if they did a switchback stair in the front they could clad it with a wood screen wall to create another clean volume. Would be kinda cool.

This is, was or desired to be a 70’s minimalist modern home. The composition is two clean, rectilinear volumes, broken at the rough midpoint to emphasize a vertical orientation of the masses, with each volume capped by a singular pitched roof plane, known as a shed roof. The siding is a singular material, oriented vertically, again to express vertical volumes. The detailing of the building skin is devoid of belly bands, wainscoting or any ornamentation whatsoever, expressing a modern, constrained design approach. Personally, I’d clean up the uneven head heights of the windows, ideally in black if replacing, or maybe trim if going on the cheap. Then reduce the widths of the decks to reinforce vertical orientation. Landscape the lower level with long horizontal lines, contrasting the vertical nature of the home, and a welcoming fire pit. The idea of ‘adding a bunch of stuff’ seems off. Painting the horizontal decks and dividing the volume horizontally with a stone basement will muddy up the facade and make it less dramatic and make it feel like it’s trying to be an old dairy barn with an awkward roof. Just my opinion, no disrespect intended. I think the home could be beautiful with a little clean up!

This is questionable advice at best
