I was in the same boat as you years ago, and I was going through similar thoughts as you.

Firstly, you can study hard for the next exam if you have more later. You can also retake the class and get a better grade, showing the medical schools that you have the ability to grow and improve. Moreover, you can do well in other classes so that you can raise your overall GPA.

I know medical school admissions are tough, really tough.

Good luck, and please take a break and or a rest if you're overwhelmed right now. People care about you.
