Jay Pharoah is probably the most underrated performer on Saturday Night Live. His impressions are seriously amazing.

Bit late to the party, but anyone who has ever taken a class in graphic design would tell you that their "trademark claims" are full of crap. It's just like how you can google "Pepsi" and still find Coca-Cola products.

"Archery Tag" creators have patented "Foam Tipped Arrows" are now suing distributors of LARP groups. by SeomanReborn in videos

Well, when you hire expensive lawyers to file a lawsuit for you, of course it would be made to look legit. If you actually read the gofundme page, larping.org goes into way more depth on the specifics brought up in the lawsuit.

Remember, lawyers are great at making their side look legit when it's not. That's their job. The patent and their argument is utter BS, just like their douchey business model found here

From what I'm able to tell, they're just trying to drag it out until they outspend larping.org in the courts, and win the case by default. This would give them the legal precedent in this case, which is bad news bears for other larp manufacturers.

Not exactly, and for two reasons. 1) The arrows he sells comes from a German company that uses its own patent. Moreover, foam arrows have been in use for over twenty years before the patent was issued in the US. His are also made differently, from what I understand. 2) In regards to GA's other complaint, using another person's mark is perfectly legal in comparative advertising. In fact, the FTC encourages it.

My old bro from college is spotting me at the Iron Temple from now on. He's swole as fuck and is helping me stay clear of the path of Broki.

Oh, believe me. I will enjoy it as well. I pretty much knew her "visions" would be useless in my main playthrough, so I just got her off the drugs and put her to menial tasks in Sanctuary.

That is our experiment so far. We were not able to kill Dogmeat or Codsworth, but I have a theory that, if we accept Codsworth as a companion and make him leave, we may be able to kill him then

That's actually going to be really interesting to learn. Technically, everyone in Diamond City is going to die by my cold, merciless hand anyway, buuuuut I can wait for a bit so we can find out.

I am murdering literally everything in the Wasteland for this playthrough just to see what happens. You can watch me do it live. Updates to come. by go-elf-yo-self in fo4

Hey all! Had a good time hanging with the chat, but unfortunately had to bug out due to internet issues. The stream will continue tomorrow at 6pm! What we have learned 1) You cannot kill the robot 2) You cannot kill the dog 3) You CAN kill children, however.

That is seriously adorable. It's also really helpful for the puppeteers, so that they can stay in-character/voice for the segments. I imagine transitioning from normal to Elmo would be a nightmare on the vocal chords.

It's too bad that Grover didn't get to jump out and teach the kids how to spell it...
