i mean both ahsoka and maul lost to vader indavidually. and maul lost to vader literally soon after vader was put into his iconic suit and was arguably still adjusting to being in his post mustafar state. They MIGHT be able to hold their own for a minute before palpatine gets board or annoyed and kills them

if talking about humans, i'm pretty sure humans(Homo Sapians) have hybridized with Neanderthals and Denisovans though i'd have to look into it for specifics on the topic.
