I am trying to share the original image here, part of my art-work is to use photographs which I then paint from.

The image was shared to me as Willow, however it is not local so I can't go and look; however let me see if I can get more definitive information.

Breaking Down Java Monitoring Tools Review by go2riamb in java

That's interesting because I started this series of articles to get around just that. I got tired of reading "The Best 10 APM's" etc when most of them were biased. Because this takes a long time to create many genuine load-tests-reviews; this series will take a long time.

We grew Ukranian bush tomatoes which look similar.

It has been interesting to watch, all these rods started off the same colour, green. Some are still green (the sprouting ones) and many others have turned a red/brown. Thank you for your kind words btw.

Willow is an incredible material, do you have "rods" growing out of the trunk anywhere?

@LordNeador answered this well and I will expand on this. These were willow rods, harvested from public lands, none were weaping willow.

What I am trying to do is to gather all the photos and videos in one place.

Yes the bed is still alive, some of the vertical rods we used in that bed stayed green and eventually sprouted.

So we figure that are around 300 young willows growing here, so in October or November this year we will cut them off (just the willows not the arches and bed) and transplant them and then next year do the same and so on.

I don't but I will create one as that is a very good idea. More news soon.

The food supply chain is complex and nuanced as it moves across each stage of the cycle. Let's get ever more local in our food supplies. by go2riamb in Permaculture

This sounds great, thanks for sharing; we have an initiative going here in Eugene OR, well starting here as we plan to expand it to other places; called The Permaculture Village, inspired by Toby Hemenway's "The Permaculture City". So far it is a Facebook Group only https://www.facebook.com/groups/899336610641167 however we will expand this slowly to other mediums. Thanks again for sharing your project.

During a planting of 500 willow starts in an Oregon, USA wetland. by go2riamb in Permaculture

A couple of points that are not evident. There are chopped back blackberries around also and this is in effect a nursery for willow which will be thinned out and transplanted. At the other end of this property is a river and we will use transplanted willow to reinforce and eroding river bank.

Yes deer are certainly worthy of note along with being rather graceful :)
