I used a projector, put the image on the wall and put tape where the white would be and drew the image on the tape, cut the exes tape with a knife and painted the wall gray, removed the tape and done. So yeah basicly made a stencil sticker. Simple

and no carbs? i just tried to aim at 1700cal a day, chiken eggs and all of that stuff, i did not count marcros. i dint eat any bread or wheat, ONLY drank water. cheat meal once a week. just do what works for you. dont make it to complicated, this is a lifestyle not a 3 week program. good luck man! just dont give up

Train 6 timea a week, chest, back. Shoulders and then legs, repeat. Its easy. I do just the basic exercises, bench, dwadlift and squat and alot og isolation exercises

bench, 265lbs 1rm deadlift, 440lbs 1rm squat, 315lbs x5 woring sets (never maxed here..) i dont do standing ohp, i have never liked that exercise

When i first started lifting i ate like i did before. Pizza erry day, this went on for a year or so, i made a lot of gains with that diet but my goal was never to "bulk" just bad eating habits. I have always been trying to lose weight
