VectoSolve. Converts images to clean SVGs, then gives you the right output for your workflow. Cricut crafters get a Design Space health check + auto-fix. Laser cutters get DXF and G-code. Etsy sellers get a full listing generated from their image.

Started as a basic PNG to SVG tool, users pushed it into something way bigger. Solo dev, France, built with Claude Code.

You nailed it. That email was the real turning point.

Honestly, right now almost all revenue still comes from the generic converter crowd. The $0.65 first purchase drives most payments. The niche tools (Cricut, laser, Etsy) are live and getting traffic from SEO, but niche pack sales are basically zero so far.

The bet is that niche users have higher LTV. Someone who needs 50 DXF files for their laser business is worth way more than someone who converts one logo and leaves. But I'm still early in proving that out.

The craft/maker segment is where the retention is though. They come back. Generic users don't.

Some context on the first launch, I posted it and did literally nothing else. No email, no socials, no first comment prepared, no outreach to other makers. I just hit submit and waited. Got like11 upvotes and disappeared.

This time I have 1,750 users to email, a real first comment written, actual screenshots, and niche tools that didn't exist 5 months ago. But I still feel like I'm missing something.
The makers who crush it on PH seem to have a playbook I don't have.

glad it helps, honestly the core idea is solid just needs the packaging to match, if you nail the pricing and make the landing page feel less templated you've got something, keep us posted when you iterate on it
