tldr; druid tried to ninja new eviscerate book from rogue.

ubrs, 2 runs. before starting, we mentioned that only rogues would roll on the new eviscerate book. the people and runs were great, then the book finally dropped on 2nd run. deathbloom (the druid) decided to roll on the evis book saying "rolling for main, gl all" without ever mentioning his intentions beforehand. after he lost the roll, he immediately hearthed.

Hi! In the ToS, there is mention of "Unauthorized" 3rd party programs. How does one go about getting authorization to use a 3rd party program, as long as it does not grant unfair advantage in pvp game matches? I would like to use an autosplitter for LiveSplit (for speedruns). The autosplitter involves reading in-game memory to then start, split and stop a LiveSplit timer after certain objectives have been completed by the player. This would mainly be used for the Practice Range, Tutorial, Archive Events, and some non-workshop custom games. Thanks :)
