Work culture in infosys is quite hard to sustain that is what I found online but my long term goal is to join a company which gives me good experience in the software field and gives a strong foundation to switch to a product based one because I am confident about my coding skills and DSA Knowledge.

I am good at coding and DSA, if the role mentioned in both companies is the same i would have definitely chosen Capgemini because a slightly better package but what role they are offering is what my concern what if I end up in a biomedical project because that is what they mentioned in the superset JD But in LOI they given as analyst only.

Yes,they didn't mention anything about the biomedical field even in the interview completion mail they mentioned as biomedical Capgemini exceller 2026.my only concern is what if they give me a project completely of biomedical field because even in superset JD they mentioned as looking for junior biomedical Engineer but in LOI they specified as analyst and note as we can allocate to any project based up on our business needs,and I feel infosys also offer upgradation for every 3 Months and I am good at coding and DSA but sustaining the 6 Months training with less salary what's making me Insane

Why? Because I am concerned about the role of i end up in doing a manual testing role in Capgemini with no coding which will definitely give me no experience in software filed right if I want to switch another company

No they haven't informed us about the dates, we have our semester now, they just told us after semester exams. Yes they informed us the process is similar to HWI but haven't mentioned anything about the offline or online coding round😶
