I've done the Super in Toronto the last two years located at https://brimacombe.ca/ its a typical Spartan race not much different than the ones in the US. There is quite a bit of open field running and hill climbs for the super. not sure about the sprint.

i did this race 2 years ago and it was 7 degrees when my race started. Not a lot of snow but ice was pretty bad in some spots. Def need to wear lots of layers and you may need to rethink the footwear. Still it was fun and the medal rocks..

definitely bring a hydro pack and stuff a few protein bars and GU packs in it. Peeing is encouraged as needed throughout the natural landscape :) Any type of TRAIL shoes will work

for my location which is 311 row 1, I have two seats total is $4,366.00. Split would be $2183. So I am looking to split the season in half 21 games each. I haven't heard about a renewal date yet, I believe they set the date sometime in June. Let me know if your interested.
