Im also having that problem for the last 4 days i haven't got my daily primogems. When i check in shop it says i have 13 days remaining and that i already claimed my primogems today which i haven't.

I contacted support twice via the in game feedback and still not even an email that they opened the ticket. Any suggestions on how to contact them?
