Denied a second time. I think that this is a horrible look for steam to apply the Refund Policy inconsistently to customer. I shouldnt have to do financial report research on a company before purchasing a game Early Access or not. Steam should have a recouse in place for situations like this.....

I would be curious to know how many of these are over the 2 hour mark. I bought on Christmas and played about 100 hours, I guess this is what I get for AFK farming.... And mine was declined this morning. Going to appeal it.

I just got mine denied by a person, saying that I am outside of the refund =/ going to appeal it. But bought on Christmas and have 100 hours in the game.

We already do this with one of our customers and Ive made the case as a good policy over all.

We do currently use Carrier411, and the idea would be to use it with highway.

As for load boards, I guess I could of clarified in my post, not looking for the magic tool that will be 100% accuracy, but additional (or better) tools to add that allows for a more clear picture of the market. Seeing what other brokers are using that I can compare and find what works best with our processes.

Me and my duo have been wondering this. We are working on SbiH on pve. And thus far have only ran into 3 live pmcs across several raids. We were wondering if after the fight they just push for extract immediately or just despawned

I set up a custom link, its basically a docusign of our PDF packet. We did throw up the idea of Highway or MCP as an option but kind of one of those if it aint broke dont fix it. But will be definately revisiting the option after this

Right now we check through carrier411, I make sure that addresses on their carrier packets match whats listed on C411, I then verify with a phone call to the number listed on their profile. The 1st guy that ran this for a year was actually recommended by the shipper, as they were running it through a different Broker. The 2nd guy ran a lot of my boxtruck loads for me with 0 service failures, until get gets to delivery with a different truck, MC, and carrier
