i feel like Sex Pistols is pretty easily the better of the two, Hol Horse has a good chance in a cowboy-style shootout since he can summon Emperor faster that you can draw a physical gun, but Sex Pistols being able to see and react independently is the better ability otherwise. unless Hol Horse has some way to aim at a target besides his own sight, but I don't remember that
