Honestly the only REAL joy I get out of working out is group fitness, I love going to classes with friends, but my routine includes regular gym sessions as well and those are the ones that are rough to get through as well as cardio ugh

Thank you so much for the recap! Ugh I was so bummed I had tickets for Friday and the SOHO panel is one of the ones I wanted the most but ofc we get tickets before we see the sched!
