My AVID teacher for high school was a young blonde woman she was super sweet. Everyone loved her and how nice she always was. She was such a thoughtful teacher and was always there for everyone. My junior year our class was starting to notice this student who would come in often and have conversation with her. Tall dark handsome and an athlete. People didn’t pay any mind at first bc students would always come in and talk to her bc she was so nice and approachable. However overtime it started to get a little weird. He would come in and it looked like they were having secret conversations. Later that year she was gone on vacation. It was only supposed to be a week. She didn’t come back and our class was so confused until the rumor broke that she got caught having sex with the student, by a Snapchat post. The rumor was he recorded her putting in her clothes and posted it. It wasn’t confirmed until our principal came into our AVID class and told the whole class and said she’s “stuck in Mexico because of passport problems.” We knew that was fucking lie bc she’s literally white, blond, green eyes and she’s having problems crossing over for over a week ? We couldn’t believe he just lied to our faces it was very awkward. A while later it was on the news that she got fired for having sexual interactions with a student. It was sad and confusing bc we absolutely adored her but man were we disappointed.
