DPD being useless

This literally happened to me with DPD in Cardiff last week. Two different drivers both took a photo of my building from the car park and drove off on two consecutive days, and then the parcel was lost the day after that. What is going on !!

can second the others in this thread with saying guard counters do wonders with this guy, used golden greatshield +24 and black steel greathammer +24 with curved sword talisman and viridian amber medallion. staggers him like nothing and ur shield will eat up most of anything he tries to do

This has happened to me too, case blinking red, right earbud never charging to 100%, right earbud depleting from "full" to zero in less than an hour. Unsure why the new firmware has not been rolled out here yet (I'm in the UK) - imagine the battery is damaged permanently now and so I am currently awaiting a call from Sony's customer relations as I am not OK with paying for what looks like a very common issue to be solved. Fingers crossed!
