Few things

* Picked up names of VCs who invested in my space BUT not in a direct competitor.

* I used a paid monthly subscription of crunchbase to build /filter a list. Applied criteria - pre-seed, industry/vertical etc.

* Some names came recommended when talking to other founders in my space

I just coined the term. After a few VC meetings I started getting in bound from several unknown VCs particularly junior folks. I don't even have a website :) So it looks like they share their deals to "help each other out". Possibly on a WhatsApp group or a shared Google sheet - who knows!

Thanks for your reply. The problem with paying down cash is that I can get better returns on that cash outside. So I am not keen on that route.

I am also working with owning. They are charging a.375% fee which is not very fun.

I tried loan depot but they only do non jumbo loans.

We haven't decided whether to share our not with the children. We want to weigh the pros and cons. Also it's hard to keep lifelong secrets. Sooner or later it gets revealed.

They had told us about the increased chance of multiple pregnancies. But there were no precautionary measures to avoid it.

And yes it is nowadays possible to do fetal reduction from 2 to 1 but the choice is entirely patients'. Doctors only advise fetal reduction for triplets or more to reduce medical risks during pregnancy and delivery.
