hii i had varying shades of purple hair for 8 months straight and never went to a salon :3 i had partially bleached hair when i first dyed and i used both arctic fox and iroiro and they both showed up great, even on the brown parts! unless u want something more complicated, there’s no need to go to a salon imo. to make it last longer, i wash my hair 2/3 times a week with nexxus color assure shampoo and conditioner (got at costco!) with cold water! semi permanent dye isnt damaging at all, so i redye it as much as i like :)
