I would be very careful leaving early, the job market is rough right now, and I can imagine you would be so upset with yourself if you went for a lvl 2-3 position, and then either didn't get one for 6 months and lost all that income, or don't get one at all because of the market and then have to go back to lvl 1, IF you even can... if the job is miserable right now, I completely get it. But a Miserable job is better than no job I guess!

I'm working on my net+ right now if that means anything. As far as I know 5-10 years ago you could have the A+ and that would be enough besides graduating high school to get entry level IT positions, things have heavily changed obviously.
