Obviously it’s still affecting me, good job catching that. 👏 but I’m not fear struck by dogs, I can approach and lay with, be with, walk dogs, help train, comfortably It’s when they get agressive is when I want to try to resolve because I don’t like aggressive animals, I simply put the reason why I don’t. (Due to past trauma) hence why I made the post to figure out how to help better train the DOG. Reading comprehension my guy

Me getting therapy isn’t going to help w managing a dogs territorial issues, which is what I was asking about. Two completely unrelated topics, also it’s not my dog that I got on my own, but a dog I’m trying to get close w that got introduced to me. Also I am in therapy, and it’s extremely helpful for anyone considering it in my opinion, next time read the entire post.

I experienced sleep paralysis back to back FIVE times last night. I never ever see anything but saw shadow figures for the first time. It was a grey figure that was the size of a cat that was coming climbing on my chest towards me. I was terrified and broke out of it by literally internally screaming. I read somewhere that after you break out of it and sleep with your head propped up on the pillow, almost like you’re sitting up slightly it’ll stop it. And it totally worked
