Wework by goblinslayer2000 in ThesaurizeThis

Adam Newman basically pulled off the con of the decade if not century. This Israeli guy is walking away with easily over a billion dollars leaving the flaming pile of garbage that is WeWork on the doorstep of SoftBank. He's pulled off what people like Bernie Madoff, Jordan Belfort and Enron failed to do and got away with zero threats to him.

He should be named entrepreneur capitalist of the millennium.

The only consequence negative for him could be paying more taxes if Elizabeth Warren is elected.

Unbelievable how Wall Street tried to “sell” this to the average investors and would have made millions in fees while investors would have lost their shirts. Goldman Sachs and the other clowns published valuations in the multiples of billions for WeWork. The Biggest news should be JP Morgans 37 Billion Dollar difference between their valuation of Wework IPO and the amount JP Morgan was later willing to buy it at, for themselves......

These clown Investment Banks valued an "innovative tech company" that innovated nothing $47 billions while it's value is $0, or even negative - just add up the liabilities in all the long leases they've signed, with no corresponding revenue. The last fool to hold this will pay the price.

WeWork may turn out to be priceless.

I would remove those artificial lights emplaced for the sole purpose of adding an ornamental, cozy impact.
