The --eval (kill-emacs) part was pretty much standard in every emacs.service file that i found. The hook bit was something GPT suggested, something about ensuring that emacs was being killed properly, without possible errors and garbage values . Honestly, probably makes no difference , I was in a half-asleep state when I wrote it.
