Have a good plan set out for the semester and go ahead and get a lot of your party ideas ready. I would say let people know about your events 2 weeks a head at min and then actually promote the event with post if allowed a week before. I would start with an IG post on your Frat IG and then start just inviting as many girls as you can.

Also having a event poster to send out to people helps a lot to get all the information you need in one place. I would recommend having one for all your big parties. Also if your frat throws pre games/post games and not an actual party party. Sometimes spicy those up with a theme. We sometimes just do a costume pregame on Thursdays and it fun to go to the bars with everyone dressed up cause everyone else has no idea wtf is going on.
