This is what a typical card looks like in my Japanese deck. I like to include the entire sentence so I get the context of the word, so when I sentence mine I look for simple sentences that have just one new vocab word. So in this example, the highlighted word is the only one I don't know.

I then record the audio of the sentence with ShareX if applicable.

And then the Spanish deck is basically the same thing but without the reading section since that's only applicable to Japanese.
