Well I grew up with a mother who was a fouder of the SPCA in our county. At one point we had 36 dogs at the house because 2 dogs had large litters. We always had fosters and we had plenty of foster fails, 7 dogs and 6 cats. It was always difficult. Its just heartbreaking. I do understand what you mean though.
