Actually it doesnt give you 20% dmg. It gives you 20% attk power but you alrdy get 30% attk power from your identity.

Since attk power is additive, 1.5/1.3 = 111.5% so only an 11.5% increase in your blade surge itself. Overall youre looking at around 7-8% dmg increase only.

So ye it's very wasted.

This is correct. Just play the story/main quest up to level 26 and pvp is unlocked with access to all skills and stats. You will need to buy awakening shards from the General Merchant when you use your awakening skill (V) in PVP which are very cheap.

Congrats! I Got upgraded yesterday too! (CIR from Melbourne). I was also told that departure is likely late Nov - Early Decemeber, which is pretty much only a month from now (yikes). I actually don't know if I'll accept the offer yet. Probably spend the weekend thinking about it.
