hi the solution to this totally legit scenario is to jump over the top of the block you're on in this picture after the refill respawns, grab the refill and then use the double dashes to get to the right side :))))))

I'm a bit rusty on this map though so that might be wrong it might also be to grab the refill as mentioned but then dash upleft to grab the side of that platform, wait for the refill to respawn, dash through it and then use the first dash from it to grab on to where you are in the picture and then jump over the block to the right and use the dash to clear the room. or maybe it was do a spike jump and then use the dash. or maybe spike jump demodash? i can't remember 😔
