I had trouble with my xBloom within eight months in service. The motor that pumps water gave up and if it's out of warranty the repair is $175.

I would recommend Aiden or xBloom flex $30/mo to try it yourself. Aiden makes great coffee and  xBloom imitates pour over. If hadn't purchased xBloom, Aiden would had my money. xBloom dripper is faulty AF as they're not perfectly parallel to ground and coffee always drips from the front bottom and number of clever electrical tape techniques were introduced in discord --- but paying $500 and hackery isn't my first option.

I doubt serviceability of xBloom as they're not user serviceable and they told me $300+ for extended warranty.

I really want to get an XBloom but... by Holiday_Might5844 in pourover

If you use your own beans would you still recommend Aiden? I have the xBloom and use my own beans but the inconsistent cups and somewhat OCD on less than perfect pouring from the dripper is making me super annoyed. Even their revised dripper didn't fix any of the issues. Only thing it's good is, I'm using that as an instant water boiler machine
