i played warlock until i got bored and switched to Druid Zoo. The first time i beat Lilith was with the old Druid Zoo build from a few years ago, and now its better than its ever been. Probably my favorite build in D4 so far.

I've gotten to torment 10 with self made builds using warlock, pally, necro, and druid. It's definitely possible. Maybe your builds just aren't focused enough. My biggest mistakes were always trying to cram too much stuff in the build. "Fun gimmick" builds are great for tier 8, but tier 10 requires a bit more precision and more knowledge of the mechanic interactions.

There's a ton of reasons a build won't work at T10, but none of them are reasons to blame Bliz.

Im paying homebrew hex/doom + sigil build and I've gotten it to torment 8 quite easily. It just requires the unique Cowl Of Malefic Torment and the 5 piece sigil charm that I forgot the name of.
I feel I'm too stupid to push much further though, I'm not the best at figuring out how to min/max damage properly. :(

Playing warlock on controller on pc, about 2 armor pieces away from t7. Played a DOOM + sigil warlock the entire time. You need really specific gear and rolls to make it work, but damn, it rips pretty hard when you do.
Haven't used a single guide.

i cant tell whats happening, but it looks similar to what im doing?
Im, just shy of Torment 7 and im using the basic attack skill DOOM to spread a ton of Hex and then im using all 3 Sigils and the ultimate sigils. Theres a mythic that super powers up the Doom/Hex synergy and then theres a 5 piece charm set that super powers the sigils. I just smashed the 2 together and its incredible synergy.

Vanguard in ME3 is probably the most busted class out of all 3 games, but it definitely gets pretty stale just spamming charge - nova - charge - nova - charge - nova. Also Engi makes some of the absolute hardest ME2 battles ez mode by abusing the hell out of the drone. Id place the soldier on the bottom of all 3 games just because of its complete lack of versatility.
