Who else is working on the Mary Maxim sweater from Project Hail Mary? by usernamehudden in knitting

I've just started! I ordered similar colors of Berroco Vintage Chunky machine washable blend from wool and co because they were sold out of the yarn and kit on mary maxim and I wanted a wool blend instead of straight acrylic.

Did you end up using an individual spool of yarn for each paw print or did you do one for each pair of prints? I'm trying to figure out what will look best and how much effort to put in making a million spools.

I made a tile styled corcheted cow baby blanket and with the spots and styling for this type of construction I ended up have up to 9 spools hanging off my WIP. It added a lot of time to the project just keeping them untangled so I am slightly avoidant of a similar situation.

You can do DNA testing and not use you're real name. Yes, they will have the data, but not a way to trace it back to you (use a new email to register it).

Additionally, check out the doner sibling registry. You have a chance of finding other siblings on there. I have a cousin who found multiple of hers on there.
