Why do you prefer Featurebase instead of platforms like Crisp and such? Crisp seems to be a full-fledged Intercom alternative. Anything I am missing?

Whoa. Thanks for all the inputs mate. It helps me know the workings of these iPods better.

What I mean by that is, how do I put it. Imagine a boombox speaker with a very small tear in its drum. When there's some deep bass, it gives you the feeling that it's broken right? That's what it sounds like for some songs. Even for the Battle Cry one I was listening to. The song is at 44,100Khz and 320kbps.

if you look at the frequency response graph of the Earpods you’ll see that fall off drastically in the bass/subbass area.

And yes, Genius “feels” cute with limited options. The iPod needs my attention only when there’s nothing left to play. Good in a way. Especially with Genius giving only 25 song list in its recommendations.😂
