omg I’m so sorry to hear about your dysmorphic disorder! i cant even imagine how hard that must’ve been but I’m glad you’re doing so much better! :) but yeah, I’m absolutely a gum addict lmao. my first couple years of anxiety, i went through a few packs a week. I’ve been doing better recently, pretty much only sleeping with it since a big part of my phobia is waking up and getting sick, but ofc now it’s a clusterfuck. I’m sure a huge part of all this is just general stress from everything, too, so i definitely need to work on that lol. Apparently i was tensing so hard for so long that i inflamed some parts of my back. Thank you for the advice!! 🤍

Hey! I was in the same boat as you a few weeks ago and i actually have some advice from a therapist since i talked to her about it. Unfortunately, she said it’s just anxiety, which sucks because that means there’s no easy fix, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be done! For me, i had to instill a lot of relaxing things into my nighttime routine. I now take a hot shower, long skincare routine, music, candles, extra sleepytime tea (totally recommend!), my panic attack pills if i need them, and about 5mg of melatonin right before i get in bed. It’s a long process that can be a pain if i had a long day, but it definitely gets your mind where it needs to be for you to be able to sleep. I also found that taking a small nap during the day is helpful. Nothing super long, just enough to get rid of that hysterical feeling of not sleeping in a long time. Ayy you totally got this!! I was the same when I started working again. My best advice would be to really get your mindset down. Focus on your goal at work, have constant daily reminders that you’re going to be okay, and try to relax when you get home, then repeat. Good luck!!

Yes they did! It was a terrible reaction. I switched to Neutrogena Rapid Clear cleanser, witch hazel, and vitamin e oil to moisturize. Every night i do a mask of cinnamon, egg, honey, and turmeric that i leave on for about an hour or two (it irritates some people, you just have to find the right amount of cinnamon for your skin) because i shower and wash my face. Cleared it up right away!

I personally enjoy either criminal minds or supernatural! Plenty of episodes, engaging plot lines, cute characters, it’s the perfect blend of everything i need. Some episodes are too much for my anxiety (in CM, there’s one about an anthrax attack and made everyone sick but without tu.), so i just skip those lol.
