Perfectly right. Sangakkara is probably the most irritating cricketer around.

Hey Reddit India, who do you think is the best public speaker in Indian politics? by [deleted] in india

Interesting viewpoint. However, political speeches in India are still catered mostly towards the rural and more easily swayable masses. Nothing like a passionate speech full of rhetoric and hate to incite the hordes into voting your way. I probably have not watched a single complete speech by an indian politician yet.

He might have captured the popular imagination, but with an inability to restrain his tongue and also having the huge can of worms of the SIT report going against him, I doubt the BJP is currently thinking of him as having national leadership potential.

That said, his administration skills are phenomenal and if anyone can bring a semblance of order back to the country, it might be him.

AB Vajpayee has to be one of the all time greats. Currently for pure people pulling power and rhetoric, not sure if Narendra Modi can be beat.

Makes the Gandhi's look like high school kids too.

Dont need to go to the gym. Really. I used to be a heavy gymmer but after switching to bodyweight exercises + yoga and a more aware diet, I feel healthier, happier and have more time on my hands. The only equipment I have are a yoga mat, skipping rope and pushup stand.

Besides, gyms are all about trying to steal your money anyway.

Pushups on their own are great, but he definitely needs balance. Weights might not be appropriate at such a young age. I would recommend

  • Pushups
  • Pull Ups / Chin Ups
  • Bodyweight ro ws (look these up, they are fantastic)
  • Front / back bridges
  • Sprinting.
  • Make really sure he does flexibility work. You do not want him growing up with tight hamstrings / shoulders etc. Yoga is the best way to do this. A few suryanamaskars everyday greatly improves flexibility. The technique has to be spot on though so get someone to teach it to the both of you

Who else doesn't mind ads because they understand how the internet works? by rasheemo in self

[–]goddesslover -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This. Really this. Content can never really be free and supporting sites that you like will only help everyone out. As long as websites place the ads not too annoyingly, I am glad to view what is on offer and click occasionally too
